Please be aware that we will no longer be answering technical questions via Discord. If you have any technical issues to report, the only official way to contact us is through the “Contact Us” section on our website, addressed to the Technical Department.

We’d also like to remind you that although we may not be able to respond to every report individually, we do read and carefully evaluate all of them. Please don’t be discouraged if you don’t receive a reply right away; your input is being reviewed and taken seriously.
On the other hand, we’re currently on a well-deserved summer break, so we won’t be able to jump in and fix things until August 8, 2025.
