Technical issues occurring with specific aircraft during FDR flights!

Hey captains,
We’ve been receiving a few reports lately about technical issues occurring with specific aircraft during FDR flights. First of all, thanks a ton for flagging these! It really helps us stay on top of things.

Here’s What’s Going On:
The issues seem to be limited to just a few specific aircraft.
We're currently on a well-deserved summer break, so we won’t be able to jump in and fix things until August 8, 2025.
That said, we’re still gathering all the info we need behind the scenes so we can hit the ground running once we’re back.

In the Meantime (Temporary Measures):
We’ve temporarily disabled penalties for flights using the affected aircraft.
So if you do happen to fly them, you likely won’t get penalised.
Still, for the best experience, we recommend avoiding those aircraft for now if possible.
There’s a good chance that GSX causes the parking brake penalties on some aircraft. If you’re not receiving any penalties when GSX is turned off, we recommend avoiding it until we’ve had a chance to investigate the issue.

On another note, please be aware that we won’t be answering technical questions via Discord anymore. If you have any technical issues to report, the only official way to reach out is through the “Contact Us” section on our website, addressed to the Technical Department.
We’d also like to remind you that, although we may not be able to respond to every report individually, we do read and carefully evaluate all of them. Please don’t be discouraged if you don’t hear back right away, your input is being reviewed and taken seriously.

A Quick Favour:
Until August 8, we’d really appreciate it if you could hold off on flying with the reported aircraft. It’s just a temporary thing, but it’ll help keep everything smoother for everyone.
